Usage and interaction data within the TBIKE app used solely to improve app functionality and user experience. This data is not used for advertising or tracking users across other apps or websites.
6. Photos and Images:
We collect various photos during the rental process, including:
- 4-angle photos of the motorcycle at collection and return
- Helmet condition photos
- Odometer reading photos at return
- Incident or accident documentation photos (when reporting issues)
- Driver's license front photo
7. Saved Addresses:
Home, work, or other delivery addresses including building number, house number, floor, street name, and geographic coordinates for delivery services.
8. Referral Information:
Personal referral codes and records of referral activity when you participate in our referral program.
9. User-Generated Content:
Ratings, reviews, and feedback you provide about motorcycles and services, as well as incident or problem reports including descriptions and attached photos.
How We Use Your Information
We will use your data for the following purposes:
- Execute rental agreements and complete bookings.

Mobile App Data Collection
When using the TBIKE mobile application, we may collect additional data:
- Phone Number & SMS Verification: We use your phone number for account authentication via one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. OTP codes are temporary and not stored after verification.
- Location Data: Approximate or precise location (when enabled) to identify nearby branches and support rental operations such as bike unlock/return verification and incident reporting.
- Device Diagnostics: Device-related technical identifiers (such as anonymized identifiers generated by the app) used solely for diagnostics, security, and service stability. These identifiers are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
- Push Notifications: Notification tokens to send booking updates, rental reminders, and payment confirmations.
- Camera Access: Required for uploading driver's license, motorcycle condition photos (4 angles at pickup and return), helmet photos, odometer readings, and incident documentation.
You can control location sharing and other data permissions through your device settings at any time.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:
- We use modern encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect your data during transmission.
- Data at rest is encrypted using industry-standard encryption.
