3. User Requirements

To use our bike rental services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid driver's license for the appropriate vehicle category
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept all terms and conditions outlined herein

4. Rental Terms

When renting a motorbike through TBIKE:

• You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period
• You must comply with all traffic laws and regulations
• You must return the vehicle in the same condition as received
• You are liable for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period
• Insurance coverage is provided as specified in your rental agreement
• Late returns may incur additional charges as specified in the booking

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through the TBIKE platform. You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information
• Pay all charges associated with your bookings
• Pay for any damages, fines, or penalties incurred during rental
• Accept that all prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made through the TBIKE app. Cancellation fees may apply depending on:

• Time before the scheduled rental start
• Type of booking made
• Promotional offers or special terms applied

7. Liability and Insurance

TBIKE provides basic insurance coverage with all rentals. However:

• You are responsible for any deductible amounts specified in your rental agreement
• Coverage may be void if terms and conditions are violated

• You must report any accidents or incidents immediately to TBIKE

8. Prohibited Activities

When using TBIKE services, you must not:

• Use the vehicle for illegal purposes
• Allow unauthorized persons to operate the rented vehicle
• Modify or tamper with the vehicle in any way
• Use the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Exceed the manufacturer's load capacity
• Use the vehicle for racing or competitive events
• Take the vehicle outside Saudi Arabia without permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the TBIKE platform are owned by TBIKE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

TBIKE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

TBIKE may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
